As far as real estate agents go, Ian is as straight forward as they come, a no nonsense operator that provides all the property information you'll need in person and through email. Terrific to talk to in general and when it came to submitting an offer on a property made it as simple as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell we couldn't recommend Ian and his team enough!

Top Notch, great service, approach and communication with realistic overview of current market highs and lows so you get to decide if you're in, or you're out. Mike had been really helpful previously with referrals for trades people to do odd jobs prior to marketing, great resource to have available when you are out of area. Mike came recommended to me and did not disappoint. A team effort and all were fantastic to work with.

Sonya was extremely clear and direct with her advice and nailed the marketing and the market price perfectly. There is no question that she is one of the best informed communicators I have ever dealt with. Her market knowledge quiet frankly amazed me so when I listed the property I was convinced we were targeting the right potential buyers at a realistic marketable price. My property was on the market for aproximaley 10 days before a deal was presented to me. Sonya knew the figure I was expecting to acheive from the sale and delivered.
