David sold our house during a tricky time in the market. Real Estate sales were dropping dramatically and managing the expectation of the market and the vendor became critical in closing a sale. Our property did not sell at auction and had multiple offers that 'fell over' due to various individual circumstances. During this time David used his expertise and continued to work with these potential buyers to try and get them over the line. He kept us informed constantly and we felt didn't leave a stone un turned. During this time he also contracted COVID so had to isolate and work with his assistant to manage open homes and potential buyers. We achieved a sale a few weeks post auction, which we were happy with. During a tough market your agent needs to work really hard for you drawing on skills and experience. Davids quiet unassuming manner, honest approach, ability to be contacted at any time and listening ear was appreciated by us, in what potentially is the biggest sale of your life. A strong community person David knows the Onehunga area incredibly well and has his finger on the pulse. We would recommend David Storer for the next sale of your home.
