Could have been one week with Glenn’s very efficient team but we needed a bit more time ourselves. We were kept very well informed of the buyer pipeline building through three weeks of open homes. Then Bayleys ran a very efficient auction process where they made sure we got the best price possible. All done. House sold. Brittany Broadbent from Bayleys is the agent you should choose to sell your property. I chose Brittany, because she has the same name as my daughter, but I soon realised that she was a tireless worker with a passion for selling homes and matching owners with their new properties. Brittany went above and beyond the expectations I had of a ‘normal estate agent’ when helping me and my family find a home.
