Ian had been recommended by one of his clients in the Mangatangi community. We had 3 agents pitch to us and Ian was positive, organized and had a lot of info at his fingertips. Clearly he knew rural real estate. Everyone knew ours was a niche property and we were naive on our sale price, as shown by the final price achieved very much in Ian's estimation from the start.
