Ian is brilliant - the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge, insight and humour. I was looking for a property that I thought was too eccentric to exist and certainly unlikely within the budget I had and remarkably he found it for me. More surprisingly he convinced my wife and the two of them walked me into it!! His insight to match me to such a "unique" and challenging (but ultimately ideal) property was sublime.
