Efficient Process, Poor Communication
We had a great experience with the Property Management team, they were kind, efficient, professional and easy to contact. There was however poor communication regarding the chattels that come with the property, the information online and on the pamphlet were incorrect and misleading. Because of this we were under the impression that the property comes with a log burner and washing machine and only found out after accepting the offer that these were not included. This was not pivotal but we did expect better and more honest communication from a professional company.
