Clarissa and Becky were both outstanding to work with throughout the process of securing our rental home. As we were relocating from overseas with our family, the process came with a number of additional challenges, including coordinating across different time zones and arranging property viewings while we were still abroad. They went above and beyond to make everything as seamless as possible. Their communication was exceptional, they were always responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and were incredibly accommodating despite the time difference. They answered all of our questions promptly, and provided honest, detailed feedback that gave us complete confidence in making such an important decision from the other side of the world. Their professionalism, organisation, and knowledge of the rental market were evident throughout. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed, and we always felt they genuinely had our best interests at heart.
