I initially found out about Bayleys on Google Maps, where their extremely high rating is hard to miss. It was evident that both Lisa and Emily really lived up to their ratings and the quality of their service. Lisa and Emily were always responsive to any requirements that I had. Lisa was extremely helpful during the onboarding stage, pointing out things I would've otherwise completely missed, such as the inclusion/exclusion of curtains, defects, competitive advantages in the market, current market rate, etc. Emily was also quick to follow up and arrange viewings, handle inquiries very quickly, and keep me up to date every step of the way. She has represented the tenants thoughtfully, fairly and transparently, which allows me to make a decision with confidence. Highly recommend working with Lisa and Emily!
