Amy has been providing me with property management services for well over ten years now. Her service, professionalism and skills are absolutely 'top notch'. This included, for example, organising the removal of ceiling asbestos from the property and subsequent replastering and decorating over the student Xmas break period very quickly and efficiently so as to minimise 'downtime'. Amy (and Anna) have a well established network of proven tradies to 'call on' to deal with small maintenance matters as they arise. They are also highly skilled at tenant selection. With Amy (and Anna) in charge, managing a rental is painless and hassle free.
