Lynnette was outstanding her efforts to secure a sale and in keeping us informed. Things that most impressed me follows: 1. During the time on the market, she was able to bring us 3 offers giving us the security of both an offer and a backup offer. 2. Property was beautifully marketed resulting in lots of attendance at open homes and other private viewings. 3. Sale price exceeded our expectations and the registered valuation. 4. Communication was regular and complete. 5. At no point did we feel as though we were being conditioned to accept a different price - something you often hear about Real Estate Agents. I genuinely felt that Lynnette Thomas was working for us, the vendors, whilst at the same time bringing her integrity to all of her dealings with prospective buyers.

Louise went above and beyond for us, she's very helpful, lovely and kind. Always positive and calm even through the stressful parts, there was always a resolution, nothing seemed impossible. Louise was amazing to deal with! From her communication to her lovely bubbly personality. From the first day we saw the property Louise was so inviting and gave us all the information we needed. We are first home buyers so that in itself is scary and knowing where to start?? Even harder! But Louise communicated everything so well and guided us through the process. From my 10pm questions to my spam calls she was there for me. Louise always such a beautiful vibe until the end! We got the house and she even got us handmade cups from hee friend to welcome us into our new home! Honestly thank you so much Louise I am so thankful you were our real estate agent because you made things so clear and easier!
