We were very nervous buyers who were moving from a humble piece of paradise and upsizing to something newer and bigger that would still have the things we loved. Marcia knew we were very green and risk adverse…not fans of the auction process at all. But the house we set our eyes on was an auction listed with Marcia. She took the time to come to our home and explain the process. We probably drove her a bit batty but we felt comfortable to ask her all our silly questions and she gave us the answers. We probably would not have bought the home if it had been a different agent. We would have chickened out. So that says something about Marcia! Fabulous agent!
