I'm very grateful to them for all they've done over the past six weeks to ensure a successful outcome. Standouts were their warmth, enthusiasm for the property, their help to present it well, their nurturing of buyers / likely bidders, and the way they went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after from start to finish. I appreciate their willingness to leave home at short notice during the marketing campaign, as well as holding six well attended open homes, to show the property to people who'd been driving or walking by. They really went that extra mile in every way, with excellent follow up and reporting, everything they did being done thoroughly and reassuringly. I had to sell my home in a reasonably short space of time. I was selling in an area where there were other homes for sale of a similar size and price range. So competition was robust. From the beginning I felt as though Gabi and Jenni understood the market completely and had done their research of the other properties for sale in my area that could be competition. I always felt as though Gabi and Jenni had the knowledge and experience that I needed to get my home sold at the best price and in the short time frame in which I had to sell. In every interaction that I had with Gabi and Jenni I knew that my sale was in the best possible hands. As a result I had a very smooth selling process and I got the result that I wanted. I am so happy that Jenni and Gabrielle Finlayson were our agents. They totally exceeded my expectations of what an agent should do, always being super helpful and accommodating. The property we sold is about 30 minutes drive from my home - certainly not an excessive distance - yet when there were little tasks to be done, or tradespeople to be let in, Gabrielle always offered to do this for me, saving me the trip. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them. They were always friendly, polite, professional and positive in all of our interactions. They were easy to talk to, matter of fact, and could always come up with practical and useful ideas to solve problems. We received excellent updates on the sales campaign in a timely manner. They are brilliant agents who work well together, and I respect their opinions and knowledge. In writing this review, I tried really hard to think of anything I wasn't happy with, but I can't come up with anything at all! They worked hard for us in both selling the house and buying a new one, working all hours and using their network of contacts to get information for us to help make decisions.
