10/10 Louise is highly organised, incredibly professional and an absolutely wonderful, lovely, sunny, caring person. Everything was better than one would normally expect, everything was perfect, and everything went smoothly. Normally one would rate this type of service as five star, but I would say there aren't enough stars in the universe to indicate how great Louise is as a real estate agent.
