We let him know our expectations - he met and exceeded these, listed our home for sale, and sold it the next day. He did everything he said he would. We found him extremely courteous and consistent. I recently asked Gill to list a property for lease.  In these uncertain Covid times I was not expecting too much.  Gill said she had a few ideas of who the property would suit. Within a very short time one floor was leased. Within a month the other floor was leased. Gill left me speechless she arranged, dealt with an unhelpful tenant, liaised, emailed, sent texts kept all parties informed in the most professional calm and efficient manner.
