If I was ever to sell this home in The Wood that I've just made my own, through Michelle Sowman, I would ask her to be my sales agent. While real estate agents are, of course, working to get the best price for vendors, I found Michelle was sensitive to my personal situation and the hopes and plans I had, as someone buying 'solo' for the first time. I quickly fell for this wee corner of the city, and, to my delight, I've found myself surrounded by the good, old-fashioned care of great neighbours.
