We enjoyed working with Marion, we tried to purchased two houses with here and it was second time lucky (the first one had five offers!). Marion has a great a great manner; definitely not a pushy agent (I have experienced a few of those!). She let the properties we were looking at to speak for themselves. Marion was on hand to answer questions when needed, and the information pack provided was comprehensive. Marion was responsive to our requests for further information. Negotiation of the agreement was not rushed and no-one signed till they were happy, and that's how it should be! But as soon as each party was ready she was there. A good experience.

I've not a lot of experience with real estate, but after 22 years I decided it was time to sell the family home. I met and got appraisals from 5 estate agents before entrusting Marion with the task, because I knew and respected her from over 20 years ago in sales, even before she became involved in real estate. Her and Sammie took care of everything effortlessly leaving me to simply make the property as great as it could be. They both listened to me and took on board many of my ideas. 1st open home saw 23 groups came through, parking was a problem! In 8 days she had 5 offers on the table and it was sold. From the very start Marion made it her mission to understand what it was that we wanted. For her it was not just about selling her clients' properties, it was also about establishing what we wanted as buyers. The result of which is that she was able to find for us exactly what we were after without wasting time. Once the sale was agreed in principle she helped us navigate the conditions. Nothing was too much trouble and she dealt unflappably with one or two unusual requests we had. And once settlement day arrived and we moved in we weren't forgotten either. Marion dealt with a small handful of teething issues with her now familiar efficiency. Marion was superb. We worked with Marion for a wee while getting used to the Tasman region and what was on offer. Her knowledge of the region, market and all matters of purchase were fantastic. Once we figured out where we wanted to be she knew exactlty what we were looking for and she delivered! Incredible views, fantastic house in a great neighbourhood at a fair market price. Her management of the viewings, knowledge of the property and skills at contract time were faultless and seamless. Marion was very professional and efficient with every aspect of our workings. She was always very warm and friendly with great communication, and so easy to work with. She has also now sold our property for us due to a change of circumstance.
