I have just sold an older home in Matamata and Glenda has done an excellent job in managing all parts of the sale process. We met Glenda when we began our search for a property in Matamata. We didn't know the area, but we did know what we were looking for in what will hopefully be our last forever home. In our first viewings Glenda was professional, knowledgeable and endlessly patient with our questions. We also worked with other agents and began serious discussions with one. When that option became too challenging, my partner called Glenda about a new build she had shown us that he knew I loved.
