I thought Margaret did an excellent job as the property wasn’t your typical property.
I felt Margaret had a great local knowledge of market and was pretty much spot on with What we came up with price wise. There wasn’t a lot of local interest in property and her knowledge was extremely Helpful as it needed a bit of putting together. The fact she has a large client base and is well known and successful was good Enough for me.
