We are very grateful to Nicky for all her hard work and support in selling our property in Snell's Beach. As first-time home sellers, and being based in Auckland, we had many questions about the local market, marketing approaches and the sales process generally. Nicky had great communication skills and knowledge of the area, and she guided us through the whole process so smoothly - even through a few unexpected hiccups! She was very attentive and willing to help with providing 'on the ground' access to tradespeople and valuers, which was a huge help for us. We were purchasing a property. Nicky obviously is working to get the best deal for her vendor, but was very helpful and fair in her dealings with us. She always answered any questions we had promptly, with reference to the vendor whenever necessary. We were always confident that we were getting honest answers and opinions for anything we wanted to know, no doubt about her 100% level of integrity. While we were viewing the property, there was no gushing or pushing or rabbiting on, she is really a model of what you want from a real estate agent as a purchaser. If Nicky deals with her vendors they way she dealt with us, then everyone must come out happy, and I believe this was the case in this particular deal. Apart from all the above, Nicky is simply a lovely person, very easy to like, and we both liked her very much.

We are writing today to express our gratitude to Nicky Quesnel for her outstanding assistance when purchasing our beach house just out of Matakana. The whole process was made so enjoyable and seamless with Nicky’s engaging personality and attention to detail. She is an active listener and goes above and beyond for her clients, whether they be vendors or purchasers. On a couple of occasions, we observed Nicky sweeping the pathway of the house to help tidy it up for viewing, and to ensure it was presented in the best possible light. Nicky also gave us several very useful tips on how to add some needed improvements to the home. Nicky is extremely efficient and reliable, and an agent you can trust. We viewed the property in the afternoon and by the early evening of the same day we had purchased our new beach house. This was even when Nicky had to communicate with the vendor several times, who was in Canada on holiday, We feel that Nicky is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable estate agents we have dealt with over the years, and with her legal background adds extra reassurance and ease to the process.
