I found the property Manager (Amy), really down to earth and happy to help answer my questions and assist in any way to make the process of applying to rent 8 Beach place. She was/is very efficient and quick with getting things done including communications. I find her very friendly and approachable. I also loved the welcome pack- it was very professionally put together with everything all together. The chocolate was very thoughtful and appreciated.
