After starting a moving process from another city, Aimee communicated the entire way which helped to achieve a seamless moving experience. After moving into the property, Aimee has continued to check in with us to show her support. Definitely a much more positive experience than with previous property managers.

Bayleys Marlborough looked after us when we were looking for a new place to rent. It took a little time for us to find the right place to move to but the team were very helpful throughout that phase and gave us the time and space to make our decisions. Once we found the right place they were very accurate with providing the information and paperwork we we needed to complete the transition. Moving is never easy but with the Bayleys team they removed alot of the hassle by being accurate and timely with the things we needed to complete prior to moving.
