Aimieelee, took good care of our "business", followed up quickly when things needing to happen. The new tenants were also very positive about their experiences. Aimieelee gave us clear information about the potential tenants. The only thing I wonder, is whether Bayleys gets quotes (say at least two) for jobs to be done on the house. We were "a little" surprised by the more $ 700,-- dollar interior house cleaning bill for 100 sq m house.

Lorraine Willetts has been our property manager of choice on three different occasions now in 2 different properties.
