Stephyn appraised our property accurately and fairly. He worked hard to present the property perfectly for market. This included assisting with arranging small repairs, staging and other improvements. Stephyn and Natalie created the perfect video and advert that really showcased the best of our home. Throughout the campaign we were kept up to date with any developments which included a personal phone call after every open home. We felt totally comfortable and trusted them the whole way along. In the end we got a good result and sold at auction to some very happy purchasers. We were taken care of the entire day and relaxed knowing that had everything under control.
