We were lucky enough to be able to buy and sell with Suzy, and I know that without her the process would have been so much more stressful. Suzy has incredible knowledge of the Leeston and Ellesmere area and is well connected within the community which is absolutely priceless when dealing in real estate. As a family with three boys under five, the thought of selling and buying property was daunting, but with Suzy's guidance, incredible communication, and her commitment to go out of her way to help in any way (always with some good humour thrown in!) allowed us to have a great result that we couldn't have dreamed of. I underestimated the effort and time a good agent puts in throughout the process - Suzy is second to none. I would highly recommend Suzy to anyone looking for an agent in the area!

We could not fault Suzy at any stage of the sale of our property. Right from the start she was honest, professional but always friendly. Suzy knew the market and where our property was placed, she was in touch regularly even if it was just to touch base. Suzy definitely made what could have been a stressful process, straightforward and easy.

Although I only had phone conversations with Suzy from here in Auckland, as my partner had the more personal day to day contact whilst she was down in the Selwyn District, Suzy was always in touch, offering great advice on preparing the property for sale. Her advice on what and what not to focus on was exemplary and well noted. These are the reasons we chose Suzy to start with. The reviews we'd read allied to the personal recommendations we'd received from friends were backed up by Suzy's performance as our agent. From the first discussions on what value to price the house, her market advice was spot on. the setting up off the property for it's first, and only as it turned out, open home.
