Fantastic sales consultant. Honest, hard working and straight up.

We were away overseas for quite a long time when our tenant of 19 years gave us notice to vacate. We decided to sell the property. We contacted Jenny Benoy from Bayleys Real Estate and asked her to appraise the property and let us know what it needed to present it in the best light for sale. Jenny advised that the property needed some interior painting, wallpapering, new carpet, the alarm wasn't working and numerous light bulbs were out. We asked Jenny to handle all those things for us. She met the painter/decorator there for quotes and organised the work to be done. She met two carpet suppliers for quotes, she met the alarm repairers for a quote and again to repair it, she purchased the light bulbs and replaced them all, she chose the colour of the new carpet and met them there for the laying. Jenny then organised staging and the property looked amazing! Jenny kept us informed all the way via email with all the above. Nothing was too much trouble. The outcome at auction day was fantastic, the property sold under the hammer and we were more than pleased with the result. Jenny is extremely hard working, honest and very professional.
