When I handed the property to Jenny to sell I was holding my breath as property is still stalling and I figured I needed to get my head into the long waiting game and not panic. Congratulations and a very sincere thank you to Jenny for her speedy negotiations in getting the job done in under a month! This was way beyond my expectations and I know how she put in the extra miles in keeping seller and buyer on the same path. There were stumbling blocks along the way which she overcame easily as she assisted me with her clear and smart thinking. I truly appreciate her efforts and all the extra hours (and thinking) she put into this project -- it was great to work with her again.
