Tony was fantastic from the very beginning. He gave me honest advice on preparing my property for sale without any pressure to list with him. Tony called us late in the afternoon on a public holiday to share news, after a telephonic discussion he met us at our rental property to finalize the purchase. He has been with us every step of the way. Providing ethical guidance effortlessly. Every request was dealt with timeously. Professional, Short, Sharp & Efficient
Lawrence was the Vendor's agent for my house I bought 6 years ago. This same house is now sold through him again but acting as my agent. Why did I engage him? Purely due to his professionalism & clear communication with parties involved (either side from the perspective of a seller or buyer). As an individual like myself with a busy schedule with other commitments, you want a RE agent that takes the workload off you & deliver with efficiency and care. Going the extra mile to achieve a great deal, again and again...
Jo Morris was superb, from appraisal, to settlement Jo was the consummate professional. Always positive, encouraging and providing excellent communication throughout our sale process. From the appraisal where she walked us through how our home presented to the local market, how she would approach the most likely buyers and what to expect in terms of price. To the final negotiation, Jo work tirelessly to obtain the best price. Jo demonstrated her excellent knowledge of our local market and adapted open home strategies to maximise the number of people able to view our home. Positively adapting her sales strategy to find the best buyer. Sarah and I have no hesitation recommending Jo and would definitely use her services again.
