The confidence Jo inspired in our initial contact, proved well justified. She explained the sales procedure in very clear terms and all was satisfactorily fulfilled as we’d agreed in the beginning. Jo went ‘above and beyond’ to help us prepare the property for sale from a distance. She put in a lot of work, knowing the right people for the prep tasks and ensuring the work was done up to expectation. She even rescued photos and other items, saving them for me to collect when I could. We can’t recommend Jo’s communication highly enough as she kept us fully informed every step of the process. Also her market knowledge, advice and professionalism was outstanding. But what stood out for me was her genuine care for and sensitivity towards the people with whom she was dealing, which shone through, all ending with a pleasing result.
