The marketing campaign wa amazing, the photography superb and the presentation of the flyers, the board and the reports exceptionally well done. The reports were very informative and gave us confidence that there were buyers looking for our type of home. Jo recommended that I meet with George on the day before the auction. Although I didn’t feel as confident after that meeting if the bidder hadn’t reached our reserve I would have been prepared for it. I saw him as slightly removed from the groundwork but a very good second opinion. The confidence Jo inspired in our initial contact, proved well justified. She explained the sales procedure in very clear terms and all was satisfactorily fulfilled as we’d agreed in the beginning.
