My son had sold his property in Bay View with Sam and reported that he was very happy with her performance. We lost our property in the Esk Valley. Although Sam was not contracted by us she went above and beyond to enable us to purchase the property that we did. Sam negotiated a deal with the vendors to rent us the property until we had received insurance money.
