Very professional yet very attentive to your needs and concerns.

.Marketing was comprehensive. I was encouraged to add my views to the way the property was advertised. We discussed the price to market the property for, and having both agreed that was the fair price for the property, Kathryn never tried to make me reduce my goal, to secure a quick result. Katheryn kept me in touch how the campaign was going including updating me on similar advertised properties. As to negotiating Katheryn was very active with prospective buyers, she certainly had her finger on the pulse. I would certainly use her services again as I have in the past three times.
