Harley was wonderful to deal with. He was flexible with home visits, easy to deal with and reliable. Harley was there to open up the house when we needed inspections and very patient when we took our time. When he wasn't available he ensured someone else was available to attend. We discussed the price to market the property for, and having both agreed that was the fair price for the property, Kathryn never tried to make me reduce my goal, to secure a quick result. Katheryn kept me in touch how the campaign was going including updating me on similar advertised properties. As to negotiating Katheryn was very active with prospective buyers, she certainly had her finger on the pulse. I would certainly use her services again as I have in the past three times.

Charlotte was great to work with, When we were out bid on our first house of choice Charlotte helped us to find one that was even better, she was easily contacted and so lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. We don’t often buy or sell houses so we didn’t really know how it all works or what steps went next but this wasn’t an issue as Charlotte helped us at every turn.
