Callum Rachel’s right hand man and he is a wealth of knowledge in practically I love his insight into property renovation and improvements. On our last investment property sale Callum connected us to a Gen Y purchaser and achieved an outstanding result in uncertain times, while Rachel’s for ever growing network sold our high end family home in 2020 for top dollar allowing us to buy our dream home at the beach. One of the main reasons I think this team is such a success is this outstanding leadership from Rachel coupled with the support team from …… and Giuila their PA who never misses a beat which allows Rachel and Calum to concentrate on achieving the best result for their clients. One thing that has stuck me the most about this team is their ability to roll up their sleeves and do the mahi, as our last property went to market we were under the pump trying to finishes off cleaning, rubbish, staging when the Waldegrave team turned up with a coffee, a vacuum and an attitude of we are all in this together. Honestly if you are looking at selling then go with a 5 star service, from what I know about agent fees is they are all much of a muchness and this team will make you feel like you are a guest at a luxury resort. 😊
