Kerry was overseas when I initially connected with Bayleys, and I was fortunate to sign up with the help of her very capable and qualified realtor assistant Jo. Kerry is obviously very good at her job, to the point that she is a very busy and in demand realtor. Jo was a constant for me during the 10 month period my house was on the market. I had more comms with Jo because Kerry was very busy, and more often than not, Jo ran many of my open homes (and there were many over the 10 months!). I am very grateful to Jo & Kerry for the support and guidance they gave me, and for their patience while we traversed this path. I may not have sold my house for what I wanted, but after so long on the market, it all came together at the end as hoped. Thanks so much to Jo, Kerry and the team at Bayleys Gisborne.

Jenny was endlessly patient and such a great listener. We had some vigorous discussions but she was always professional, clear in sharing information and exceptional at answering my many questions. Her reports after the open homes were informative, timely and always positive. She is a master of organisation and kept track of all the many strands of this process. I didn't have to do a thing......it was all very confidently and capably organised by Jenny. Stress free..... Open homes were very well attended and my home was always in good hands. And she found buyers who were qualified to purchase and keen and kept them informed, updated and answered all their queries in consultation with me. On auction day Jenny was incisive and very proactive. She acted on all the scenarios we had discussed prior to auction and achieved the perfect result for me. To be honest, the process of selling my house was very challenging, but Jenny retained her calm, her sense of humour and her very personal and open communication to the fall of the hammer.
