Raj helped us to sell our house under time pressure when we needed to leave, and managed to find a great buyer in an otherwise tough buyers market. He was responsive, to the point where I felt bad messaging him at all hours of the day, and never complained once! Super knowledgeable about the Christchurch market with great connections, giving helpful contacts for tradies to do some minor touch ups on the house ahead of the sale. We even had trouble getting paperwork done with our lawyer but Raj and the Bayleys team understood, and helped provide useful feedback with which we could talk to the lawyer about. All in all, grateful for Raj's help in selling our house, and would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to sell their home. Thank you Raj!

Raj was a very capable agent who knew what he was doing. His communication was always exceptional and we always knew what was going on.
