Alice's natural charm and her enthusiasm for the job made this stressful process so much easier. Every meeting was a pleasure and Alice's open communication and patience explaining things built a sense of trust. As sellers, we were confident that Alice would use the same skills to build rapport with potential buyers, which means our house was in the best hands. Thanks Alice!

Sharon was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She took a very personal and genuine approach in helping prepare my home for sale, kept me well informed and helped alleviate the stress of the selling process. Her commitment and support was unwavering and I was extremely happy with the end result. Even better were the laughs we had along the way. I would thoroughly recommend her services.

In November I had to sell my mother’s home as she was now in a care home, and wanted it sold before Christmas. From previous experience we knew Alice was the best agent and she didn’t disappoint! Alice took care of everything including arranging gardeners, house cleaners and staging to present it at its best for buyers. Nothing is too difficult for Alice and communication was second to none, right up to the final nail-biting finale. Alice was caring and supportive during the whole process, negotiating with several potential buyers to get the best result. We were extremely happy with our experience and 100% recommend Alice and her Bayleys Metro Team.

It was a pleasure to have Alice as our agent. The launch of our house was handled in a timely and well organised manner and continued until the property was sold. She kept us well informed during the sale process both verbally and in written form. Alice's bright personality, sense of humor and perceptive nature helped greatly during the sale process. Her caring nature and genuine concern for her clients was demonstrated throughout the sale and especially when we both became sick. We greatly appreciated the help received from her. Thank you, Alice.

Alice has offered an exception sales experience throughout the purchasing process. She has worked tirelessly around our busy schedules and travel commitments and made sure nothing was ever a problem. Her communication and follow up was second to none. After our great experience purchasing through Alice it took little thought to list our property with her also.

Alice makes things happen! There's a reason we've used this delightful soul 4x now. She's your property best friend and that's exactly how you're treated. Day or night at the end of the phone, always offering invaluable advice all things property, keeping you updated, and genuinely just has your best interests at heart. We won't be moving again any time soon and I'm a little gutted I won't get to work with her. But if I win lotto Alice is 110% our girl! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING xx
