We are so happy we chose Alice to sell our house. We were very worried about the stress factor but no need. Alice made the process so easy. Great communication and always available to answer any questions no matter how silly. Will gladly recommend her to anyone

Alice and her team were so positive and supportive throughout the sale of my beloved home. I felt safe entrusting Alice with my home as I already knew her to be knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated her friendly nature and communication was fantastic throughout the process. Alice successfully marketed my home, securing a sale after only one week on the market which was fantastic given the current housing market. It felt like a real team effort, and I truly appreciated Alice's guidance through all the decision making. Letting go of a family home is a difficult task but I felt fully supported and knew our home was in safe hands with Alice and her team. She successfully found the right buyer for our home and I am so happy with the outcome.

Rob and Marika have done an outstanding job in a difficult market. They both went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed and supported. Their patience with me was never ending and I felt important in their weekly line-up. This is the second house they have sold for me and I will keep coming back and referring them to friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience with Rob, he has very good knowledge of Dunedin market. He is very genuine, committed and honest. He was helpful throughout the process until the day we got the house keys. We liked a statement he mentioned to us at a very crucial time when buy this house "If it's meant to happen, it will happen. If it doesn't don't bother move on". we knew the statement but we wanted someone to tell us. I recommend Rob to all the buyers and sellers in and around Dunedin.
