Megan has been excellent to work with, she did a cold call to us nearly a year ago and though we were not then ready to sell it was certainly on the cards within a year. I asked for her card and called her when we were early ready to sell. Megan guided us through the process and gave lots of positive care an support. We had never sold a house and where moving after owning this house for 46 years. She was clear and helpful and very supportive. I couldn’t recommend Kees highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and made the whole process of preparing and selling my house so much easier and less stressful than I expected. One of the things I appreciated most was how much Kees helped me get the property ready to go on the market. He went above and beyond, helping organise everything that needed doing around the house, including getting the lawns and gardens looking their best, sorting out paintwork and other small jobs that made a big difference to the overall presentation of the property. He also helped organise the staging of the house, which took another big job off my hands. His communication throughout the whole process was great, and everything felt well organised and ran really smoothly. Thanks to his advice, attention to detail and hard work, we were able to get the house looking great, onto the market and sold very quickly. On top of all that, Kees was always kind, approachable and easy to deal with. Don't let the title scare you! Most of the issues around this sale came from my end! I started looking for a new home due to an unexpected divorce and having to sell the marital home in the split. All my funds were tied up in my current home, which had to be sold in order for me to purchase another one. I admit, I think I started the purchase process a little earlier than I should have, and the divorce side of things made the whole process a lot longer than it normally would have been. There were delays every step of the way, some in my/our control, others out of everyone's control. But Glenn would always touch base if he hadn't heard from me in bit, kept me updated with progress on his side of things, and, while I don't know this for sure but highly suspect, really advocated for me to the vendors when delays happened, as I am sure they were ready to tell me to go jump in a lake (I wouldn't have blamed them)! He was always polite and professional, even through all of the frustration and chaos I kept throwing at him. Like the title said, He really earned this sale!
