She touched base with us a few times but without being pushy. Once we finally got it on the market, she communicated regularly with us through the selling process, making sure she listened carefully to what we wanted. She was responsive to questions and always got back to us quickly if we had questions. She was clear about the sale process and positive and reassuring throughout the time it took to sell.
