She liased very well with the tenants to achieve their co-operation an all matters , from open homes to photographs and all other incidentals She kept us informed of all leads, offers and numbers visiting the property. Anita was well informed of market expectations and guided us accordingly. The property was well presented by the time it hit the Market and a prompt contract was the outcome. Even after the conditional agreement was signed, Anita continued to activley market the property to try and secure a back up offer.
