We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Alice. From our initial conversation to the settlement day, she was incredibly responsive and her informative guidance was invaluable. Alice clearly explained every step of the process, answered all our questions and ensured we felt confident and well-prepared. Alice provided clear, actionable advice, helped us prioritise tasks when it all felt a bit too much, and made the entire journey feel as manageable as possible. We highly recommend Alice and her team to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and supportive real estate agent!

Alice assisted us with the sale of a family property in Dunedin. As we lived out of town she was invaluable with recommending trades and services to get the property sale ready. We were very impressed with her professionalism and communication - she kept me informed every step of the way. We were very happy with the sale outcome and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Dunedin.

Alice, Abbey, and Laura were all outstanding to work with. Prompt, friendly communicators, and willing to go that extra mile to make the process run smoothly. They listen, prioritise effectively, and work hard to get everything across the line. We are stoked as buyers, and can only imagine how the vendors feel!

Pam and Abby were incredibly accommodating, efficient and clear in their communication. Their patience when we hit a couple of roadblocks was really appreciated. I would very happily purchase a home under their direction again and I imagine the selling experience would be much the same.
