Rob has been amazing from start to finish through both my sales with him. Down to earth, considerate, pragmatic and incredibly knowledgeable. With both sales he went above and beyond - right through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

Alice was so fantastic to work with to sell our home. She was professional, kept in touch regularly with updates, her knowledge of the market was spot on. We would absolutely recommend Alice to sell your home - she is outstanding :-).

My brothers and I enlisted Alice to sell our fathers house on his passing and also our mothers when she needed to go into a home. Both situations were very emotional. Alice was both compassionate and professional in both instance's and achieved great results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her .

We would like to thank Rob and Marika for an outstanding result. The biggest thing for us is Communication, this is where Rob gets AAA+ Despite a few obstacles near the finish line, Rob was an absolute marvel. Everything was extremely positive and his 'CAN DO' attitude fetched us a great but fair price. Small things matter! when the staging was short a few items Rob and Marika grabbed finishing touches from their own house to make it perfect. Just one of many examples. Rob and Marika have sold three houses for us now - we wont use anyone else

Extremely helpful. Made buying our first home easy. Had answers and advise for all our questions. Sharon was by far the best agent we came across during the many open homes we visited. 😊

Sharon made the whole process of selling while out of town a complete breeze, organising staging, cleaning, gardening etc on our behalf and kept us well up-to-date. We could not have asked for more! And we can report that she was fantastic to work with as buyers as well, which is why we chose to use her when it came time for us to sell

I have worked with Rob on a real estate project that has taken more than two years to conclude. He stayed engaged throughout offering critical advice and assistance beyond what I would have expected from a Real Estate agent. Where in the past I have most often felt Agents were overpaid for their contribution to selling my property, Rob earnt the commission paid. And it's my intent to not only work with him in future real estate endeavours in the Dunedin area, but also to recommend him to others that may ask for my thoughts.

Rob has an amazing knowledge of the property market. Very professional and he was right there through out the whole process. We are very happy with the end result as now we move in our dream house.👍👍would recommend his team to all our friends and family.

Robs understanding of the localmarket and a genuine interest in our specific requirements ensured he found a home for us that we were happy with. It is a challenge in the current market to secure a home as parties need to be able to be prepared, react and make decisions quickly - we would not have been able to do so without Robs support. Would happily recommend him to assist a purchaser or seller in the Dunedin market.

Alice was brilliant. We were overseas when we sold the property and were a bit unsure how things were going to go. Alice made things so easy for us and went the extra mile for the little things that were in our best interest. Would highly recommend.
