I can't recommend Alice highly enough, nothing was too hard for this lady! I only had 24 hours in Dunedin before returning home overseas and during this time I met and signed to sell my home with Alice. Alice went above and beyond to help us, she got moving companies to pack my daughter's belongings and put them in storage, found a carpet cleaner for us and organised a Gardner and glazier meaning I could spend precious time with my family on that day instead of worrying about returing home and having to negotiate with trades people in a different time zone. She did all of this and got the house on the market within a week!!! Then to top it off got an exceptional outcome on the sale of my home less than two weeks after it hit the market.
