Contacted Mike about property in question, asking if I could look at property. Time and date made and it appeared that Mike was on holiday, however still made the time to come. Went through house explaining everything, including areas that needed work. Very easy to talk to and knew when to leave you alone when looking at the house. Knowledgable of area and found him easy to relate to. Subsequent visits to the property with Mike, he made the time to wait, showed a reserve area near the house. Nothing appeared a problem and once offer for property had been made ensured that we were happy with process. Very happy with his service.

Jan did a great job selling our unique property. I selected Jan from the 3 real estate candidates because she came across as the most genuine in her assessment of our place and its potential. She is always bright and breezy . At times we wondered if we would find the right people to buy our property as the market was very slow . We found it a real roller coaster ride at times but Jan stuck to her guns even if we lost focus. I know it’s a job and you have to sell to make money but I never felt pressure from her to just get rid . At the end of the day things fell into place and she found the right client who saw the beauty in our place . Thanks Jan I Know it was a drawn out process but you didn’t give up and I have to say the chats we had with you About the connections of people we both knew often left you late for going home or your next appointment but were enjoyable.

On a quick visit to the area we spotted a property of interest.Mike was able to show us the property at short notice and let us view with no pressure.
