As a purchaser we had many questions as we were not purchasing a standard property and Donna whilst very knowledgeable had to research a couple of our questions. Most importantly she followed up those questions efficiently and provided the correct answers. The communication levels were outstanding and most importantly for myself was the fact that she did not hesitate to let us know that she did not know the correct answer at this time. Her honesty throughout the process and service in which she provided was second to none. From the first time I contacted Donna Batten when I showed interested in the property & settlement date some three weeks later my experience dealing with Donna & her liasing with my solicitor was exceptional. When I needed access to the property just days prior to settlement so I could drop off household purchases that I had made in Levin she was only too willing to meet me at property at a given time. Some weeks after my property purchase & prior to purchasing my vehicle a Waikanae - Levin bound bus passenger that I had a conversation with spoke highly of Donna.
