Donna's communication style was clear, concise and always approachable. She has a lovely easy going nature and nothing is ever a problem for her. Her knowledge of the market and the Levin area is excellent as is her professionalism. Donna was always available to answer any questions we had and if she did not know the answer, she would obtain the information and then provide the answer without prompting. While some aspects of uncluttering our home was difficult for us, Donna set clear boundaries of how to best present our home for the photographer and Open Homes. We totally trusted her guidance and expertise which in turn paid off and the end result was awesome. With her sound visionary skills, Donna had captured our property's strengths, warmth and potential for a new buyer. One thing we loved about Donna was her cheerfulness, positivity, passion and beautiful spirit. She has a sense of fun about her and every interaction we had with her was always joyful. She has a delightful calming energy which is always uplifting. Donna kept constant contact with us throughout the unconditional and settlement phases. Once finished she also caught up with us again, in our new home. We highly recommend Donna and would definitely use her services again. We can't speak highly enough of her. She's the whole package (professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine) all wrapped up with a sparkly bow!
