What stood out most is that he’s more focused on the type of client he’s representing than the dollar value of the house. His advice is grounded, realistic, and actually worth listening to. I’ve come to believe that if someone has an issue with Drue, it’s probably because they weren’t really hearing the guidance he was giving or came in with a distorted expectation of the process.
