Anna was simply fabulous. She went well beyond to help us get our property to market. She was incredibly professional, and became our friend, project manager and agent all in one! We live in the South Island had significant issues with a destructive tenant and she assisted with the renovation to get to market, with access to trades, and staging. We are so appreciative of her commitment and willingness to help. Ultimately she found us a purchaser very quickly and secured us a great negotiation. Drue was absolutely amazing in the sale of our parents’ home. He had the patience of a saint while waiting for five siblings to agree on every decision. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent in Drue and team in Drue and Danielle. We met him on a Sunday morning for a chat and by Sunday afternoon an appraisal was complete and plan was in place! Selling a house (in the middle of winter and in a strange market) was a daunting task by Drue was with us every step of the way and made the process a lot less stressful. Communication was brilliant - we got daily updates on online stats and enquires and continued updates throughout the campaign. We can’t recommend Drue and his team enough, they were legends and the keepsake book with our photos as a parting gift was the icing on the cake. Cheers team!
