I found Sharlene to be very professional but still kind & supportive through the process of selling our home. It has been very emotional for me so I was grateful that Sharlene and Natalie were so understanding. As this is our first house sell, we had no idea what would happen or what we were supposed to do. Sharlene and Natalie were always there to answer any questions & to guide us through not only what was expected of us as sellers but also the emotional side of what was happening for us both.
