First home seller

I have found Natalie to be very professional but still kind & supportive through the process of selling our home. It has been very emotional for me so I was greatful that Natalie & Sharlene were so understanding. As this is our first house sell, we had no idea what would happen or what we were supposed to do. Natalie & Sharlene were always there to answer any questions & to guide us through not only what was expected of us as sellers but also the emotional side of what was happening for us both. I found the experience of selling our home much easier because both Natalie & Sharlene took the load of responsibility off us & onto them. They make a great team. Very caring & patient! Especially when I had any questions. All of the legal jargon was relayed to us in a way we could understand. I highly recommend this dynamic and caring team to any first home sellers. My experience was smooth sailing for the majority of the time & that is all thanks to both Natalie & Sharlene
