First home seller

I found Sharlene to be very professional but still kind & supportive through the process of selling our home. It has been very emotional for me so I was grateful that Sharlene and Natalie were so understanding. As this is our first house sell, we had no idea what would happen or what we were supposed to do. Sharlene and Natalie were always there to answer any questions & to guide us through not only what was expected of us as sellers but also the emotional side of what was happening for us both. I found the experience of selling our home much easier because both Sharlene and Natalie took the load of responsibility off us & onto them. They make a great team. Very caring & patient! Especially when I had any questions. All of the legal jargon was relayed to us in a way we could understand. I highly recommend this dynamic and caring team to any first home sellers. My experience was smooth sailing for the majority of the time & that is all thanks to both Sharlene & Natalie
